General description The measure is located in the state of Brandenburg, in the Oder-Spree district, in the municipality of Gruenheide (Mark). The local automobile manufacturer has for the planned Service & logistics expansion commissioned a changed street planning. This northern connection of the automobile manufacturer is to be carried out as a network supplement via the planned L 386 between the Freienbrink Nord junction of the Freiebrink North. Further today's L23 is to be led over the Bahnstrasse Berlin - Frankfurt (Oder). Due to the predicted increase in road traffic while increasing traffic on the rail and the associated increase in the barrier closing times, there is a removal of the Rail crossing (Bue) The L23 with the Berlin -Frankfurt (Oder) route at the fishing lock stop and a replacement required by crossing. The present study includes the new construction of the L23 para. 100 km 1+250 to 1+985.
