The subject of this procurement procedure is the procurement of framework agreements with up to three companies for consulting services. The consulting services will be awarded in two lots: Lot 1: Technical consulting services For the support The technical organizational units are expected to provide consulting services for conception, definition of requirements for technical implementation and implementation of technical tests. This includes in particular: - Supporting the new product process Introduction of new money and capital market products - technically correct determination of cash flows of the relevant transactions, taking into account day count conventions, public holidays and other parameters and the valuation of these transactions based on this - Implementation of technical requirements within the framework of regulatory changes - consideration of life cycle events, collateral provision and fulfillment of regulatory requirements (Mifir, Mifid, EMIR, SFTR; AWV, MMSR, ISDA SIMM, SA-CCR, IRRBB, Market justice test) The framework for the framework agreement to be concluded for lot 1 is up to EUR 360, 000 net per year.
