Tender Details

The municipality of Dobel intends to comprehensively renovate the existing spa building and convert it into a modern administrative headquarters. The background to this is significant structural and technical deficiencies as well as insufficient spatial capacity in the current town hall. A needs analysis and a feasibility study Weindel Architects confirmed both the feasibility and the necessity of the project. The local council then made a fundamental decision to implement the project in 2024. The aim of the project is to develop an efficient, sustainable and barrier-free system Administrative location that bundles central administrative functions in the Kurhaus and at the same time enables comprehensive modernization of the building.
