KKE 30010 - Flooring work: A new teaching and research building is to be built on the Gera campus for the Gera-Eisenach Cooperative State University. The 2-storey new building with no basement is approx. 90 m long and approx. 19 m wide on. This tender includes the flooring work. Linoleum coverings must be applied to cement screed in the hallways, stairwells and rooms on the ground and upper floors, as well as drywall elements on the lecture hall platforms. Besides, they are Stufen und Podeste der zwei Treppenhäuer mit Bodenbelag aus Linoleum zu belegen. Für die Eingänge im Erdgeschoss sind Sauberlaufsysteme anzubieten. # - 2.200 m2 Bodenbelag aus Linoleum mit werkseitiger Oberflächenvergütung, Klasse 34, antistatisch, Reaction to fire class DIN EN 13501-1 Cfl-s1, slip risk assessment group R 9, thickness 2.5 mm, in sheets, concrete look, color: medium to dark gray; - 48 pieces of flooring as described above, but on steps and risers, tread 17.5/28cm, length 1.40 up to 1.60m; - 300 m stair nosing profile, as an angle made of aluminum, anodized E6/EV1, front edge rounded and with anti-slip protection; - 900 m skirting board as an adjustable base, as a one-piece profile, height 50mm, thickness 4.6-5mm, material rubber in a special color; - 34 m2 Clean-off system including frame made of angle profiles made of stainless steel, rollable, R10, strip support profile made of aluminum, rep strips # Several main offers are permitted, whereby each main offer must be eligible for the award on its own.
