Sanitary work according to DIN 18 381 Kita Together, expansion + renovation, sanitary Short description of the construction project: The existing daycare center expanded. The existing building (component A) from the 1950s was converted into a daycare center in 2013 and is now being expanded to the east by a new building with an intermediate building (components F and G). The subject of the measure is the expansion of the Daycare from currently 3 to 6 groups in the future (3 U3 and 3 Ü3 groups) including the necessary side rooms, functional areas and the adaptation of the outdoor facilities with new play yards. Parts of the existing building will be renovated as part of the measure rebuilt. Plumbing trade description: The subject of the tender is sanitary installation work as part of the renovation and expansion of the “Miteinander” daycare center in Fulda. The services include the adaptation and partial renewal of the Sanitary facilities in the existing building (component A) as well as the new installation of wastewater and drinking water systems in the new buildings (components F and G). In particular, adjustments to the kitchen area and the construction of a new barrier-free toilet are being carried out in the existing building.
