Heat supply systems Kita Together expansion and renovation Short description of the construction project: The existing one will be located on the shared property of the “Miteinander” daycare center and the “Sturmiusschule” in Fulda (Kohlhaus district). Daycare center expanded. The existing building (component A) from the 1950s was converted into a daycare center in 2013 and is now being expanded to the east by a new building with an intermediate building (components F and G). The subject of the measure is the expansion of the daycare center currently 3 to 6 groups in the future (3 U3 and 3 Ü3 groups) including the necessary side rooms, functional areas and the adaptation of the outdoor facilities with new playgrounds. Parts of the existing building will be renovated as part of the measure rebuilt. Heating trade description: In the future, heat will be supplied to the expanded daycare center (components A, F and G) via an air-water heat pump cascade with two heat pumps (approx. 76 kW heating output) and an additional electric heater (approx. 21 kW). Propane (R290) is used as the refrigerant. The heat pumps are installed outside the building; The central heating technology is located in the basement of component A. The heat is distributed via a new heating circuit distribution system with 4 mixed heating circuits (up to DN 50). The entire heat distribution network has a pipe length of approx. 850 m.
