The services of the bidder thus include all services that are required for an operational and functional installation and introduction of the HIS in accordance with the scope of services shown in the catalog of requirements (Annex 7). These include in particularere, but not exclusively: 1. the licenses, 2. configured import/export interfaces, 3. services for project management, 4. the organizational discussions and their documentation, 5. the configuration of the software, 6. the legacy data transfer / data transfer from the currently operatedn HIS, 7. the training of users and administrators, 8. the necessary test procedures and their documentation, 9. the provision of evidence and attestations, insofar as these come from the provider's environment, 10. the monitoring of real operation and 11. the support of Project management of the EKA and HSK in the acceptance process.
