There is a daycare center of the Evangelical Brothers' community on the 1, 850m² plot of land in Berlin-Neukölln. The daycare center should be completely renovated and increased by 1 full floor. In the outdoor facilities, rainwater infiltration and basic pipe connections for objects to be drained on the part of landscape architect must be carried out. Divided roof areas into two sub -surfaces via an outside rainwater falling in DN 100 made of galvanized steel sheet. The roof surface to be drained is approx. 565 m² paved surface below level over a floor drain with integrated sand and dirt separator. The area to be drained is approx. 78 m² of bicycle parking spaces with an area of approx. 31 m² -resistant level to the Gerlachsheimer Weg with an area of approx. 20 m² The rainwater is seeped into 3 rigoles. Filling body Rigole 1 and 2 for one roof area, Rigole 3 for the paved surface-lower level.
