The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project.
Additional financing information: Project's total investment cost of KZT 6, 820 million (EUR 13.4 million) is financed by the EBRD loan of KZT 3, 830 million (EUR 7.5 million) and co-financed by the investment grant from the East-Kazakhstan Oblast Akimat or Semey City Akimat of KZT 2, 990 million (EUR 5.9 million). The Project envisages EUR 1.2 million TC support for Procurement and Implementation Support, Capacity Building and Corporate Development and Green City Action Plan for the city of Semey.
