Heat supply systems Heat supply systems As part of the overall measure, installation and assembly work in technical plant construction must be carried out. Before shell construction begins, existing gas, water and district heating pipes must be relocated in order to prepare the construction site for to clean up the construction of the excavation pit. After completion of the building shell, the following services must be provided in the areas of heating, ventilation and plumbing: KG 410 - Sewage, water and gas systems: -minor installations -Reroute gas and Water pipeline route KG 420 - Heat supply systems: -Assembly of two brine/water heat pumps with a total output of 900 kW -Assembly of two wood chip boilers with a total output of 2, 500 kW -Assembly of two chimney flues with one Total height of 18 m and exhaust system -Assembly of a wall-mounted slewing crane for the boiler house -Assembly of the conveyor technology for feeding the two wood chip boilers -Assembly of two buffer tanks with a total capacity of 70 m³ -Assembly of two Cooling plants with a total output of 1, 000 kW -Assembly of three air/water heat pumps with a total output of 50 kW for building cooling -Conversion work in the building's existing heating center and rebuilding the heat distribution -The making of the Three geothermal probe fields with a total of 77 geothermal probe boreholes will be tendered separately.
