Both towns have a village and rural character and are close to the dike. The road to be worked on has an average width of approx. 4.5 meters. The streets are Mostly paved, but some have an asphalt surface. The banquet areas start at Röstendaalstrasse at number 34, continue on Grindweide and mainly on Johanna-Sebus-Strasse until you reach house number 53 heavily used and must be brought back into good condition. The work to be done involves removing the irregular turf and disposing of it. Expanded areas must be filled with gravel turf and compacted. It will pointed out that work needs to be done around the existing delineator posts and this must be taken into account in the prices.
