Jagowstr. 31: Extended shell construction including demolition work The LV consists of two parts: 1) Demolition of building materials and components as well as disposal of the resulting, predominantly non-hazardous waste in rubble containers provided by the contractor, as well as transport and verifiable disposal of partially contaminated waste. A separate LV for the demolition of pollutants is created for the majority of contaminated materials. This is not part of this tender. 2) Shell construction, masonry, insulation and plastering work. 1) Demolition of building materials and components: Masonry, shafts and wall slots: approx. 1, 500 m² Floor ceiling and DD: approx. 300 m² Reinforced concrete stairs: 2 pieces. Suspended and suspended ceilings: approx. 1, 400 m² Interior doors: approx. 70 St. Vehicle hall doors: 22 pcs.
