IV-System_Sonnnensimulator The Institute for Solarenergief Research GmbH (ISFH) updates its system park for the characterization of silicon and tandem solar cells. An LED sun simulator with cell tester function is to be purchased, which allows silicon wafers with an edge length of illuminate up to 230 mm homogeneously.
