P.O.BOX 33562 Dar es salaam, Tanzania. All documents should be returned / received back at ANSAF office on or before 20th February 2019, at 12:00hrs ANSAF retains the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to the contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders. Bids which are not received by 20/02/2019 or after 12:00 hrs (the closing date) will not be included in evaluation. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery
