IT support contract for selected schools in the Lörrach district The Lörrach district intends to re-award the IT support services for 10 schools in the sponsorship for 4 years from January 1st, 2027. The announcement should take place in mid/late July. Contrary to the information below, the type of procedure has not yet been determined. The aim is to award IT support services for the administration and maintenance of the IT technical infrastructure of our district-owned schools. The aim is to ensure smooth operations and to support the individual schools, including the district media center. The required IT services include, among others: •On-site system support and troubleshooting at the locations mentioned. •Maintenance and administration of the existing IT infrastructure (servers, network technology, end devices, software). •Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software. •Documentation of all support requests and solutions (helpdesk/ticket system)
