The Integrity Authority, as the LXIX of 2024 on Hungary's cyber security. Act (hereinafter referred to as the Cyber Protection Act) to support the cyber security activities of the basic body, as well as the IT security planning, procurement and regulatory activities wishes to use IT security expert services within the framework of a framework contract. The Authority requires IT security expert services to fulfill its tasks arising from the Cyber Security Act, as well as to support its IT security planning, procurement and regulatory activities to use. Amount of public procurement (3, 000 hours): EIRBF activity: 2, 000 hours IT regulatory expert: 500 hours IT security architecture and procurement expert: 500 hours Regrouping between the above tasks is permitted. The tenderer undertakes to draw 70% of the amount of the public procurement obligation. With regard to the remaining 30% of the public procurement volume, the Tenderer does not undertake any obligation to place an order, and the Winning Bidder cannot claim this amount from the Tenderer due to the lack of ad hoc orders.
