Procurement of system development services in three parts The tenderer wishes to expand the business capabilities of the currently used Flex.ON platform within the framework of this procurement, using the following sub-tendering areas: 1. Algorithm and Model development 2. IT development 3. System integration Public procurement procedure for the conclusion of a business contract, the subject of which is the business capabilities of the Network Flexibility platform currently used by the Tenderer extension. The main tasks to be performed in relation to this sub-area: The purpose of the development is to develop mathematical and simulation models (in the field of optimization and graph networks) that support the electricity market and network processes efficient operation. During the project, board models are created, which are prototypes developed based on algorithms and mathematical descriptions and ensure smooth integration between AM (algorithm and model development) and IT. The system allows makes the accreditation of assets more accurate, the monitoring of their performance and the definition of flexibility offers, thus increasing the efficiency of clearing calculations and auction mechanisms. Through the new algorithms, the management of flexibility quotas and the definition of activation conditions is adjusted to market needs, while long-term products (annual, monthly tenders) may also appear.
