IT-PDL Justice 2026 The Rhineland-Palatinate State Office for Data and Information (LDI) is tendering a framework agreement for the delivery of IT services on behalf of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate. The Rhineland-Palatinate judiciary came into force with effect from December 1, 2016 to the “eIP Association”. Using the “electronic integration portal” (eIP) software, it introduced electronic files in all courts in the country on January 1, 2026. The electronic file is constantly being developed and there are over Additional applications and specialist processes are connected via interfaces.
