IT Exchange archiving solution Procurement of an email archiving solution (cloud) A central email archiving solution (cloud) is to be procured, which will be integrated directly into the existing Exchange infrastructure. Emails that have a defined Age should be transferred automatically and in an audit-proof manner to the archive environment. The minimum contract term is 36 months. The contract is then extended by a further 12 months if none of the contracting parties agree 12 months' notice to the end of the contract year.
