Deutsche Bahn AG intends to conclude framework agreements for consulting services in the areas of IT benchmarking (Lot 1) and market studies (Lot 2). The aim is to achieve marketable prices, service levels and qualities for intra-group IT services and thus support the digital transformation of the group. Lot 1 - IT benchmarking includes two modules. In the first module, price and cost benchmarks from internal IT service providers - in particular DB Systel GmbH - are regularly used. carried out. Established IT services such as Cloud, DevOps or Workplace are analyzed with regard to marketability, cost structure and efficiency. The second module includes consulting services on a daily rate basis for definition, planning, control and Evaluation of individual benchmark projects.
