Construction phase 5, west wing; Length approx. 40 m, width approx. 11 m, height approx. 11 m, 3 floors;
The west wing will be completely gutted, the existing staircase will be retained. The facade on the west side will be rebuilt and added as a perforated facade in solid construction. New plastic windows will be installed in the outer facade with sun protection installed. A thermal insulation composite system is installed on the outside. A ventilation device is installed in each lounge, the supply and exhaust air is provided via a window with a "ventilation sash". New radiators will be added under the windows.
