The Heidelberg sewage association operates a municipal sewage treatment plant with upstream denitrification and chemical phosphate. The iron salt is dosed from a front container in 4 return engines. The front-bore is made of an unearthlyFueling system, which consists of 2 GRP contents of 25 m³ of content. Due to the sludge properties, a product change to a combination product made of iron and aluminum takes place over the winter months (late autumn to spring). The iron delivery is reduced for this period or entirelyexposed. The product change / product combination depends on the mud properties. No more specific information can be given over the exact period / duration of the changeover. The annual consumption quantity in 2024/2025 was approx.350 t of iron. An annual consumption of approx. 350 t of iron is calculated for the period 2025 to 2027. The iron is to be delivered as an iron-III chloride solution or iron-III chloride-sulfate solution. The active substance must be 10 % iron. The quality of the product must be the DIN EN 888 or DIN EN891 correspond to the valid version. The product description, a current goods analysis (including AOx or statement via the parameter AOx in the product) and the safety data sheets are to be presented. The delivery has in the tank train (22 to 26 tons) - after calling within 5 working days- to be done. As a rule, we order the deliveries about 10 - 14 days in advance. Shorter call times are emergencies (e.g. unexpectedly high introduction from the association's area). The delivered quantities are to be proven with official weighing cakes from which the weights gross, Tara, net and the official license plates of the vehicles.
