iPad exchange The Hanseatic city of Lübeck, together with Stadtwerke Lübeck Innovation GmbH, has established a standardized and learning-conducive IT infrastructure at Lübeck's schools. As a central service provider and single point of contact, it controls Stadtwerke Lübeck Innovation GmbH handles all aspects of school IT. The success of this concept is based on standardized hardware and digitalized, barrier-free procurement processes. - In order to maintain this standard in a future-proof manner, the year stands In 2026 there will be a generational change: 8th generation iPads have reached the end of their life cycle and will be replaced by modern 11th generation iPads. - The main goal of the project is the structured and coordinated exchange of approx. 4, 500 (an additional 500 optional) iPads used at school from September 2026 to a maximum of January 2027.
