Lots: Services for the provision of IP telephony - VCS is intended for the participation of heads of local executive bodies in video conferencing sessions conducted by the akim of the city of Shymkent. Providing 3-way video conferencing with 1080p quality via a touchscreen IP video phone with 4 GB RAM (provided at the expense of the Supplier). The number of SIP accounts and channels must be at least 16, as well as with a 2 MP CMOS camera, 1080p@30fps (with a protective shutter).
