Tender Detail : The Government of São Tomé and Príncipe Ministerios das Infrastraestruturas, Recursos Naturais e Meio Ambiente (“AUTHORITY”) would like to undertake a Comprehensive Upgrade and Renovation of Existing São Tomé International Airport (IATA: TMS; ICAO: FPST) (“PROJECT”) on a Finance Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) model based on a 49-year concession. AUTHORITY has authorized MEINHARDT (“PMC”) to act on behalf of the AUTHORITY as their Project & Construction Managers. AUTHORITY hereby invites tender submissions from interested organizations with proven experience and capability for the Project.
