The United Nations Program in Niger launches this invitation to tender for the "SELECTION OF A NATIONAL CABINET FOR THE CONDUCT OF A REFERENCE STUDY UNDER THE SPOTLIGHT PROGRAM" The invitation to tender, the terms of reference the general conditions of the UNDP and the terms of reference contained in Annexes 1 2 -3-4 are attached for thes needs of preparing your submission. Technical and financial submissions may be submitted in sealed envelope until TUESDAY, MARCH 26, 2019, at 12:00 PM at the following address: United Nations Development Program428 RIVER AVENUE NIGER BP 11, 207 NIAMEY TEL 20 73 47 00 FAX 20 72 36 30Your submission must be in French, and you mustexit from a minimum validity period of 90 days. As part of the preparation of your bid, you will be responsible for ensuring that it reaches the address indicated above by the deadline date. Submissions that will be received by UNDP after the above-mentioned deadline for any reason whatsoever will not be accepted.The proposed services will be reviewed and evaluated based on the completeness and compliance of the bid and compliance withthe requirements set out in the RFP and all other annexes providing details of UNDP requirements. The submission that meets all the requirements will satisfy all the evaluation criteria.the best quality / price ratio will be selected for the purpose of awarding the contract. Any offer that does not meet the requirements will be rejected. Solicitation documents may also be removed upon receipt of UNDP every working day from 10 to 12 hours upon publication.
