The Überlingen Hospital and Donation Fund is a foundation under public law. The foundation was established for the purpose of caring for poor, sick and elderly residents. The Überlingen Hospital and Spending Fund is the owner of parcels 2598, 2599 and 2599/2 in Überlingen. The total size of the project area is 8, 100 square meters. The area is currently developed with a building originally used as a hospital ("Old Hospital") as well as extension buildings. The old hospital is not under Monument protection. It is no longer possible to use the building complexes for various reasons. The entire area should therefore be put to new use. In the future, the St. Ulrich area in Überlingen will be used both for the care of residents and for... serve residential purposes. The project is to be implemented by an investor in the form of a so-called hereditary building model. The investor should be granted an inheritance right for the entire area for at least 70 years up to and including 99 years become.
