Delivery of goods is carried out in batches at the request of the Customer, throughout the year. The quantity of goods and the delivery time of each batch are determined by the Customer in the application sent through the web portal in the "Approval" sheet. The product must be new, without defects, completely comply with the technical specifications, and be accompanied by the documents provided for in clause 5.1 of the Agreement. Delivery, transportation, unloading, bringing in and moving the goods to the place of delivery are carried out by the forces and at the expense of the Supplier. Delivery is carried out on working days and working hours.
