The compliance of the potential supplier and (or) the involved subcontractor (co-contractor) with the qualification requirements established by this article is confirmed by submission to the customer, organizer, single organizer of the relevant documents provided for by this Law and the rules of public procurement, or through the information systems of state bodies in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization.
