The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement with an external partner in order to convert from SAP R/3 ERP (currently including IS-H) to SAP S/4 HANA with a connection to the KIS ORBIS (Dedalus company). Conception through to implementation. The
University Clinicikum Koeln AoeR (hereinafter also referred to as UKK) is looking for support for the duration of the project for the following project phases:
- Conception of overarching topics
- Detailed conception (ERP modules currently in use: FI (incl. PS/GM), CO, MM,
WM, SD, IS-H) as well as connections to SAP SRM (if necessary. SAP Ariba or alternative product) and SAP
HCM
- Implementation support including customizing, test management, data migration and cutover
- Hypercare support (after GO LIVE)
