The subject of the tender is the consulting service for the introduction of the occupational health and safety management software SAP-EHS at all BGE locations.

The contractor provides the following services:

• Project management

• Providing the necessary and technically competent team of consultants

• Process managementatation, requirements recording and analysis, conception, implementation, GoLive and project follow-up

• Implementation: Customizing and programming such as adjustments, in-house developments, add-ons, interfaces (e.g. user exits, business add-ins, Fiori developments ) in the backend and frontend

• AAnalysis and reporting, if necessary adjustment in SAP Embedded BW and Analysis for Office SAC Edition

• Creation of concepts, documentation

• Determination of the procedure/project methodology (phase-oriented vs. agile) in coordination with the client

• Transfer of know-how to the client

• End user traininghe and the client's internal SAP consultant

• Taking over the test management for the various developer and end user tests

• Change management

• Support with authorization conception and implementation of authorizations within the framework of the existing authorization concept

• Creationof the archiving and deletion concept
