In Saarland, the institutions and providers listed in this EU contract announcement ("client") have joined forces to enable the participating institutions to set up and use a patient portal efficiently in a joint approach.
The subject ofThe tender is to build a centrally operated, multi-client capable patient portal for digital admission and treatment management with a central interoperability platform for data management and innovative applications. The joint project is carried out by the Saarlaendische Hospital Society e.V. supports.
The aim of this tender is the procurement, implementation and maintenance of a patient portal for the aforementioned clinics in accordance with the KHZG FTB 2 (§19 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 2 KHSFV). This is intended to improve the processes of admission and treatment management dbe digitized and optimized for both the clinics and the patients. At the same time, the communication effort should be reduced and the exchange of information improved. What is absolutely necessary for this is the implementation of the patient portal as an integrative solution with existing onessystems. These systems can be clinical information systems (KIS), (universal) archive systems (such as Marabu, Soarian Health Archive, HYDmedia, etc.) or clinical data repositories (CDR).
