In Saarland, the institutions or institutions ("client") listed in this EU contract notice have joined forces to enable the institutions involved to set up and use a patient portal efficiently in a joint approach.

Object of theThe call for tenders is the construction of a centrally operated, client-capable patient portal for digital admission and treatment management with a central interoperability platform for data management and innovative applications. The joint project is supported by Saarlaendische Hospital Society e.V. supports.

The aim of this tender is the procurement, implementation and maintenance of a patient portal for the aforementioned clinics within the meaning of the KHZG FTB 2 (§19 Para. 1 Clause 1 No. 2 KHSFV). With this, the processes of admission and treatment management ddigitized and optimized for both the clinics and the patients. This should go hand in hand with reducing the communication effort and improving the exchange of information. This requires the implementation of the patient portal as an integrative solution with existing onessystems. These systems can be clinical information systems (HIS), (universal) archive systems (such as Marabu, Soarian Health Archive, HYDmedia, etc.) or clinical data repositories (CDR).
