Introduction of job control in NDR The NDR has decided to replace the previous form of job requirements planning with flexible job management that is consistently aligned with the NDR's strategic goals. A permanent fit between Tasks and available capacities should be achieved and current employment relationships, future natural fluctuation and requirements for job cuts should be taken into account. The NDR is looking for external advice that will work together with the NDR to provide flexible advice Position management is developed, introduced and initially implemented.
