For reasons of energy efficiency, the economical handling of resources, the compatibility of work and family and for reasons of economy, mobile work and the alternating use of jobs (desk sharing) were introduced in the UBA.
With an increasing number of employees with a constant area, however, personal agreements to use office workstations and meeting rooms achieve a limit of organizational feasibility.
In order to facilitate the processes of the spatial booking and the efficient use of the entire room potential, a software solution for booking the rooms is to be introduced for the two large office locations and a laboratory location of the UBA.
