The subject of the award is the introduction and implementation of an integrated CRM platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 at Stadtwerke Emden GmbH. The subject of the award is the introduction and implementation of an integrated CRM platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 at Stadtwerke Emden GmbH. The aim of the project is to introduce an integrated CRM platform that consistently maps customer service and sales processes (B2C, B2B), provides interfaces to the invoicing/billing system and provides a Integrated data/analytics layer for reporting, KPI and data quality. For technical reasons, a specification must be made to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Corresponding products from other manufacturers are technically compatible with the existing Microsoft 365 infrastructure not compatible and therefore not subject to the tender. The project description in the (current) draft version enclosed with the tender documents describes the relevant requirements. The project description will be published during the procurement process updated and later serves, together with the technical specifications, as a binding basis for the final offers. The project is divided into different phases. The individual phases are detailed in the draft version of the project description described. It is desired that phase 1 be completed in Q1/2027.
