The object of the procurement is interpretation services for the city of Raasepor (remote interpretation and instant interpretation). The service is primarily used by employment and integration services and the employment area (Hanko-Raasepori-Inkoo). The goal of interpreting is to convey messages accurately and so that linguistic equality is realized. Interpreting is mainly Finnish-foreign-language-Finnish interpretation, but the Client also buys Swedish-foreign-language-Swedish interpretation if necessary (about 10%). The service provider cannot offer a language for interpretation through the relay language, but interpreting takes place directly from the source language to the target language and vice versa with the help of one of the Service Provider's interpreters. using reasonably available means to avoid such changes of interpreters performing interpretation services that weaken the service or the quality of the service. When the service provider changes the interpreter, the new interpreter must be approved by the Subscriber. The subscriber of the service has the right, for a justified reason, to refuse to accept the Service Provider's interpreter as a service provider if, for example, the interpreter is not suitable for the task in question in the opinion of the customer. In this case, the Service Provider will appoint a new interpreter without delay. The Service Provider's interpreters are committed to complying with Asioimistulki's professional code of conduct 2021 (attachment) in their work, which defines work ethics guidelines and good interpreting practice, as well as the professional code of conduct.
