Request for proposals are invited for Internet Services Provision (Isp)

Requirement:
1 Company Profile; registered address(s), official/functional emails, telephone numbers and point of contact for the company
2 Evidence of legal registration document of the firm (CAC registration certificate, FORM C07 and FORM C02)
3 Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
4 Evidence of Financial Capability (most recent audited account)
5 Evidence of hey regulatory certification and Licenses such as Operating License from NCC
6 Bank Reference Letter duly addressed to AHNi Procurement Committee
7 Evidence of provision of Internet Services and Hosting preferable NGOs of similar scope and complexity within the last 3 years: Firm must provide copy(ies) award letter and/or signed contracts
8 Financial Quotation and required Commercial Terms

• AHNi is Value Added Tax (VAT) exempted but deducts withholding tax (WHT) in compliance with relevant Nigeria Tax Laws;
• All proposal document submitted including price must be valid for one (1) year from the proposal due date. This include but not limited to cost, terms, conditions, and service level agreement;
• The duration of the contract is 12 Months from the date of commencement;
• All required setup and connectivity hardware, labour cost as well as internet bandwidths per location must be provided in the schedule of fees for all listed location.
