Request for proposals are invited for Internet Services.

a. Technical Proposal with the following details
i. Evidence of approval from relevant authority to provide internet service in South Sudan.
ii. Capacity and resources available to deliver internet in Aweil Office, Aweil Centre, Aweil South CHD, Aweil Hospital and Aweil MoH including all equipment ie complete V-Sat Dish.
iii. Capacity to provide fibre internet to Juba office with a backup from wi-max in case of fibre cut.
iv. Details of ongoing support both remotely and on the ground as required.
v. Acceptance of the proposed payment terms
b. Pricing proposal, with total cost estimate for the products or services, and including a breakdown of all assessment, equipment, installation, and ongoing support and running costs. The running costs must include a breakdown of the requirements as outlined in section C, as well as other packages offered by the supplier including upload and download speeds and the relevant contention ratios as well as minimum guaranteed bandwidth per package

NB provide quotation for both Ku Band and C Band more especially for Aweil. Also, if more than one CIR/MIR Ration is specified then please provide quotations for both".

D Payment Terms

13. Malaria Consortium will make payment 30 days after presentation of certificate of completion note and invoice outlining the bandwidth given to MC for that specific period. The internet bandwidth will be paid on quarterly basis.

14. All payments shall be made in (United states dollar) by bank transfer within 30 days of receipt of valid documentation.

15. The evaluation criteria as outlined in section E will be used to evaluate bids.

E RFP Evaluation Criteria

16. For the proposal to be considered technically compliant, the proposer must achieve a minimum score of 50%. Proposals, which do not meet the minimum score will be given no further consideration. In addition, clarity and completeness of presentation will be considered during the evaluation.
