The objective of this contract is to provide technical assistance that will support the Ministry of the Environment (MERF) and the relevant stakeholders in the implementation of the program. This assistance will support general coordination, provide advice to environmental and climate actors.management, preparation of terms of reference for identified studies and training, support for monitoring and evaluation, management of the contracting process and implementation of services, calls for proposals (drafting of guidelines, evaluation, contractingation and monitoring of grant implementation). It will support the MERF in the field for the implementation of the projects. It will organize the Technical Committees and the Steering Committees, of which it will provide the secretariat, and will ensure that it is informed of developments in the sector in order to benefitthe program of possible synergies with other programs implemented in the sector in Togo.
