The International International Consultant International Consultant (E) to carry out a mapping of the Social and Solidarity Economy (ESS) in Mauritania, assess the situation and the needs of its entities, and identify the development opportunities of this sector. ThisMission is carried out for the benefit of the Ministry of Vocational Training, Handicrafts and Trades, in collaboration with all the stakeholders concerned. Professor sought after university diploma (master or doctorate) in ESS, economics, social or related fields; Minimum 15years of international experience in the field of ESS and its entities; Experience in Mauritania or North Africa is an asset. Knowledge of ILO approaches and methodologies, an asset; Participatory research expertise, development of studies and political recommendations; Knowledge of Arabic and mastery of ICTs, assets.
