Planning services for GGeneral renovation and extension of a refugee dormitory consisting of two interconnected components in Aalen. The current condition requires a general renovation and an expansion of the accommodation capacity. Fire protection requirements, energy measures and specifications must also be taken into accountfunding guidelines are developed. A preliminary building request has already been submitted for the planned measure and approved by the building regulations office of the city of Aalen. Further planning should build on the previous preliminary planning and the preliminary building permit. For improved functionality of the buildingInterventions and conversions in the existing parts of the building are planned. The main entrance to the building is to be moved to the middle of the building complex and another staircase is to be added to the existing staircase. The heating room including technology should be moved around an axis and an nnew heating technology can be planned. The building's wet rooms are grouped together in separate rooms on each floor. This includes toilet, laundry room and kitchen. The facilities and management of these rooms are being renewed. In addition, lounges are provided.
