Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Drc - Integrated Response Consultancy to the Humanitarian Needs of the Populations of the North Kivu Province

The goal of PUI, through funding from the Office of Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) which is the principal funder and coordinator of international humanitarian assistance to the United States government, is to contribute to the reduction of mortality and to improve the capacity of local and displaced populations to cope with shocks in the province of North Kivu.

Specific objectives
PUI expects this consultancy to:

· Strengthen access to comprehensive health, nutrition and water, sanitation and hygiene services for populations affected by armed violence and displacement, including strengthening PUI's emergency response in health and nutrition through mobile clinics in order to respond to sudden and forced displacement of the population.

· Facilitate access to protection activities for vulnerable people in the North Kivu province, affected by armed conflict and displacement.

Budget
The evaluation budget is $35, 000.

Application conditions
Candidates interested in the evaluation mission must send the following documents:

A technical offer including:

· A note of understanding of the ToR and the objectives of the evaluation

· A proposal for an evaluation methodology, including the evaluation matrix, data collection and analysis tools, work plan and timetable

· How the integration of mainstream protection will be ensured when collecting information

· A presentation of the team of consultants, with detailed CVs and references of similar missions carried out

· A proposal for a reporting plan and restitution of results.

A financial offer including (in USD):

The financial offer must indicate the overall price, all taxes included, and details of expenses, such as:

· Salary of the consultant

· Mission costs (specifying international transportation costs if necessary and airport transfer costs, visa and insurance costs, communication costs, per diems and what they include: meals, accommodation etc.)

· Other additional costs if necessary (purchase of materials, organization of workshops, meetings, etc.)
