Integrated electronic modules for radar transmitting and receiving units Integrated electronic units are to be purchased for a broadband X-band pulse radar system. The modules include filters, amplifiers, attenuators, switches as well Mixer components and serve for signal conditioning between signal generation or detection and the antenna of the radar system. Three different modules are required: - 4 pieces of transmitter modules (TX) with frequency conversion, - 15 pcs. receiver modules (RX) with frequency conversion and - 7 receiver modules without frequency conversion (RX_EXT). The frequency conversion should be an IQ mix from the baseband (0.01-2.2 GHz) to the X-band (8-12.4 GHz), or from the X-band to the baseband on the receiving side. Besides the In addition to the HF inputs and outputs, the modules must also have switchable calibration outputs as well as an output for level monitoring. The modules must contain variable attenuators. The modules (TX, RX and RX_EXT) must have an output power of at least 0 dBm. The modules should be installed in an aluminum housing with SMA connectors. All modules must undergo full RF characterization and proof about the functionality must be documented and supplied. The Delivery must include complete documentation of the modules.
