This software is intended in particular… - a holistic Enable planning, control and mapping of work packages, milestones and resources, - support the systematic definition, monitoring and implementation of tasks as well as the workflows required for this, - the exchange and transfer of knowledge within individual organizational units and promote beyond that. "Ease of Use" acts as a central success factor for the use of project and task management software. According to contemporary usability concepts, it should be possible for IT-DLZ employees to use the software without attending training courses to be used comprehensively.
