Integrated overall project management of the ELEVATE real laboratories “Rural Local Supply” (RL1) and “Municipal Laboratory Logistics” (RL2) Integrated overall project management (PM) of two drone-supported real-world laboratories. The contractor controls RL1 and RL2 in terms of time, content and organizationally, is responsible for interface management with the separately commissioned drone operators (DaaS), cooperation partners and local actors, ensures reporting/data quality for accompanying research and prepares the AG's decisions. For RL1, the order also includes the setup and operation of the ground-based ordering, scheduling, goods handling and fallback processes (including online ordering platform and on-site staff/depot). Integrated Overall project management as a service for the real-world laboratories RL1 “Rural local supply” in Wusterhausen/Dosse and RL2 “Municipal laboratory logistics” in Berlin. The contractor takes over the overall control, the interface management to the separate commissioned drone operators, cooperation partners and local actors as well as reporting, risk and milestone management. For RL1, the service also includes the construction and operation of the ground-based ordering, scheduling, goods handling and Fallback processes including online ordering platform, on-site staff and point of contact.
