The research project “Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces for Resilient Communication and Sensing” (InSuReCS) aims to develop a transmission and reception technology based on Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS), which provides an indirect Communication and reconnaissance in highly mobile operational scenarios in the military sector. With the help of this technology, a continuously adaptable transmission path is to be realized, which reduces the risk of clarification of one's own position in the field further minimized. Autonomous land, air or water vehicles (Unmanned x Vehicles, UxV) can be considered as platforms for this technology. These are intended for highly mobile use and are intended to operate under the constraints of limited resources come into use.
