The Howogen housing construction company mbH is one of the most powerful real estate companies in the state of Berlin and currently manages approx. 65, 000 units and about 1, 700 commercial units. As part of the growth strategy, the Howoge plans its portfolio through purchase of real estate and new construction of apartments steadily to expand. Currently, a larger purchase project is negotiated. The services to be present relate to insurance services of building insurance.

The contracts begin on 01.01.22022, 00:00. The contracts will be closed for the period of three years and then extend from year to year, if they are not terminated no later than 6 months before expiration.
