Prequalifications are invited for Insurance Brokerage

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 6(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100, 000 (One Hundred thousand Shillings only)
a. The method of payment will be by cash payable to the ERRH’s accounts Office. A receipt
will be issued upon payment
b. On presentation of a General Receipt to the Procurement and Disposal Unit (PDU) administration Block, bidders will be issued with a bid document. The document can be obtained by the bidder’s representatives or sent by courier to the bidder at the bidder’s cost. No liability will be accepted for the loss or late delivery of the bid document.
c. The Solicitation document can be picked from the PDU from Monday, 30th September 2019 between 9:00 a.m and 4:20 p.m on working days at the same address

Sealed bids clearly marked with the Lot No. and CODE applied for (one Original and one copy of
Pre-qualification Documents) should be addressed and delivered to the address below at 6(a) at or before 23rd October 2019 at 11:00 am. Late bids shall be rejected.
