Quotation are invited for Insurance of the Automobile Fleet of the Office of the Baccalaureate of Cameroon.

1. Object
As part of the day-to-day running of his services, the Director of the Cameroon Baccalaureate Office plans to proceed with the insurance of his organization`s car fleet. Any insurance company approved by MINFI located in the Republic of Cameroon can tender for the service concerned.

2. Estimated cost
The estimated cost of the services concerned, after preliminary studies consolidated in the budget of the Cameroon Baccalaureate Office, is 15, 000, 000 (Fifteen million) CFA francs.

3. Delivery time
The maximum execution time for this service is 15 (fifteen) days from the date of notification of the order letter.

4. Participation and origin
Participation in this Consultation is open to insurance companies established in the Republic of Cameroon.

5. Financing
The supply, which is the subject of this consultation, is financed by the budget of the Baccalaureate of Cameroon, fiscal year 2020.

6. Acquisition of the file
The consultation file may be withdrawn at the Office of the Baccalaureate of Cameroon, Financial Affairs and Material Department, upon publication of this notice, against presentation of a receipt of payment of the sum of 50, 000 (Fifty thousand) CFA francs non-refundable, carried out in the "CAS-ARMP Special Account" No. 335988 opened at BICEC.

7. Submission of bids
Proposals written in English or French in seven (7) copies, one of which is original and six (06) copies, marked as such, must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Cameroon Baccalaureate Office no later than January 3, 2020 at 12 hours, local time and must be marked:

8. Provisional security

The offers must be accompanied by a tender guarantee strictly in accordance with the model of the consultation dossier in the amount of 300, 000 (Three hundred thousand) FCFA francs, emanating from a banking establishment approved by the Ministry of Finance.
-The deposit will be valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of submission of offers.

9. Admissibility of tenders
